Terms and Conditions

Relish is a thoughtfully designed brand focused on creating dementia-friendly products that support meaningful engagement and wellbeing. We work closely with our affiliate partners and are open to collaboration opportunities, bespoke commissions, and content partnerships.

Publisher Types

We welcome partnerships with a range of publisher types, including content, editorial, health & wellbeing, gifting, and lifestyle platforms, as well as selected voucher and cashback partners within a balanced commission structure.

Commission

Commission starts at 5% CPA, with opportunities to increase rates for high-quality partners based on performance, placement, and collaboration.

Lower commission rates apply to voucher and cashback partners to maintain a sustainable programme.

PPC Policy

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand-related PPC terms, including “Relish”, “Relish Life”, or variations.

Generic, non-branded keyword activity is permitted where appropriate.

Transactions & Validation

Commission is paid only on validated sales. This excludes cancelled, returned, or fraudulent transactions.

A standard validation period is in place to allow for order processing and returns.

Brand Guidelines

Affiliates must ensure all activity reflects the Relish brand appropriately. Due to the sensitive nature of dementia care, all promotional content should remain respectful, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s tone and values.

Attribution & Updates

Relish operates a last-click attribution model unless otherwise agreed and reserves the right to update programme terms with appropriate notice.
