Introduction
By applying to and participating in the HEIPI Affiliate Program on the Awin network, you ("Affiliate," "Publisher") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Awin Network Terms and Conditions. HEIPI specializes in innovative professional photography gear, including tripods and camera accessories.
Eligibility & Enrollment
Application: All prospective affiliates must apply directly through the Awin platform.
Approval: HEIPI reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Requirements: To be eligible, applicants must have an active website, blog, YouTube channel, or social media presence related to photography, travel, videography, or content creation.
Promotional Guidelines
Content Accuracy: Affiliates must accurately represent HEIPI products and avoid misleading claims or false advertising.
Approved Assets: Only use banners, logos, and product images provided through the Awin platform. Do not alter or modify brand materials without written permission.
Commission & Payment
Refunds & Chargebacks: Commissions will be reversed for canceled orders, refunds, or chargebacks. Returns are validated per HEIPI's return policy (typically [e.g., 30 days]).
Cookie Duration: [e.g., 30-45 days] — last click attribution.
Payment Schedule: Payments are processed monthly by Awin, subject to Awin's minimum payout threshold and payment terms.
Tax Responsibility: Affiliates are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on commissions earned.
Tracking & Reporting
Awin's tracking system monitors sales and attributes commissions to the appropriate affiliate.
HEIPI and Awin are not liable for tracking errors caused by technical issues, browser settings, or factors beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice through Awin.
HEIPI reserves the right to terminate an affiliate immediately for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the HEIPI brand.
Upon termination, all pending commissions for valid, completed sales will be paid according to Awin's payment schedule.
Confidentiality
Affiliates must not disclose confidential information related to HEIPI, including commission rates, internal strategies, or proprietary materials, without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
HEIPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. HEIPI does not guarantee specific results or income levels.
Modifications
HEIPI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via Awin's messaging system. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
