Om een goede en transparante samenwerking met Watery te garanderen, dienen de volgende richtlijnen te worden nageleefd:
1. Merkbescherming en Domeinen
- Het is ten strengste verboden om domeinnamen te kopen, te registreren of erop te bieden die "Watery", spelfouten of variaties daarvan bevatten.
- Het is niet toegestaan om onofficiële profielen op sociale media aan te maken met onze merknaam, en het is verboden om affiliate-links te plaatsen in de reacties op de officiële profielen van Watery.
2. Verkeersbronnen, PPC en Subnetwerken
- PPC en CSS: Alle vormen van Paid Search (PPC), Google Shopping en CSS (Comparison Shopping Service) zijn ten strengste verboden.
- Subnetwerken: Wij staan geen promotie via subnetwerken toe binnen ons programma.
- Ongepaste inhoud: Watery mag niet worden gepromoot op websites die illegale, pornografische, gewelddadige of discriminerende inhoud bevatten.
3. Kortingscodes en Aanbiedingen
- Je mag uitsluitend kortingscodes promoten die specifiek aan jou zijn verstrekt, officieel zijn gedeeld via AWIN, of schriftelijk zijn overeengekomen met Watery.
- Het gebruik van ongeautoriseerde kortingscodes (bijv. uit nieuwsbrieven of sociale media) leidt tot onmiddellijke afwijzing van de commissie voor de betreffende verkopen.
4. Beeldmateriaal en Rechten
- Je mag afbeeldingen van onze website gebruiken om Watery en onze producten te promoten.
- Belangrijk: Wij bezitten en garanderen uitsluitend de beeldrechten voor onze eigen Watery-producten. Als je afbeeldingen van merken van derden (Arena, Speedo, enz.) gebruikt, ben je er zelf verantwoordelijk voor dat het gebruik de eigen rechten van deze merken niet schendt.
- Het gebruik van onze afbeeldingen voor andere doeleinden dan het promoten van Watery leidt tot onmiddellijke uitsluiting.
5. Marketingwetgeving en Reclamemarkering
- Je bent verplicht te voldoen aan de geldende marketingwetgeving in het land waar je promoot.
- Alle content die affiliate-links bevat, moet duidelijk worden gemarkeerd als reclame (bijv. met de tekst "Advertentie" of "Reclame") aan het begin van de content.
6. Gevolgen bij overtreding
- Watery behoudt zich het recht voor om publishers onmiddellijk uit het programma te schorsen en alle openstaande commissies zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te annuleren, indien bovenstaande richtlijnen worden overtreden.

To ensure a good and transparent partnership with Watery, the following guidelines must be observed:
1. Brand Protection and Domains
It is strictly prohibited to purchase, register, or bid on domain names that contain "Watery", misspellings, or variations thereof.
It is not permitted to create unofficial social media profiles using our brand name, and placing affiliate links in the comment sections of Watery's official profiles is prohibited.
2. Traffic Sources, PPC, and Sub-networks
PPC and CSS: All forms of Paid Search (PPC), Google Shopping, and CSS (Comparison Shopping Service) are strictly prohibited.
Sub-networks: We do not allow promotion through sub-networks on our program.
Inappropriate Content: Watery must not be promoted on websites containing illegal, pornographic, violent, or discriminatory material.
3. Discount Codes and Offers
You may exclusively promote discount codes that have been provided specifically to you, shared officially via AWIN, or agreed upon in writing with Watery.
The use of unauthorized discount codes (e.g., from newsletters or social media) will result in the immediate rejection of commission for the respective sales.
4. Imagery and Rights
You are welcome to use images from our website to promote Watery and our products.
Important: We only own and guarantee the image rights for our own Watery products. If you use images of 3rd party brands (Arena, Speedo, etc.), you are solely responsible for ensuring that the usage does not infringe upon the brands' own rights.
Using our images for purposes other than promoting Watery will result in immediate exclusion.
5. Marketing Law and Ad Disclosure
You are required to comply with the applicable marketing laws in the country you are promoting in.
All content containing affiliate links must be clearly marked as advertising (e.g., with the text "Ad" or "Advertisement") at the beginning of the content.
6. Consequences of Violations
Watery reserves the right to immediately suspend publishers from the program and cancel all pending commissions without prior notice if the above guidelines are violated.
