To participate in The Bad Peach Affiliate Program, the Affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted to The Bad Peach. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to join The Bad Peach Affiliate Program; however, such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by Lovense and may be revoked at any time without notice.
Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
- ·Promote illegal activities
- ·Promote sexually explicit materials beyond our product offerings
- ·Promote violence
- ·Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- ·Violate intellectual property rights
- ·Are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of The Bad Peach
This agreement shall apply only to Affiliate-owned and managed websites as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may The Bad Peach Affiliate links be placed on sites not registered withThe Bad Peach.
Affiliates are not allowed to use domains containing The Bad Peach name, use The Bad Peach name in the subdomain of their own domain, or bid on The Bad Peach name (including misspellings and variations) in AdWords, adCenter, etc."
