TERMS & CONDITIONS
All partners must provide a valid and regularly monitored email address. Partners are expected to be reachable within a reasonable timeframe. Ongoing communication with Maebe is encouraged to support a strong working relationship and optimise performance.
Before approval, all partner websites will be reviewed to ensure they meet Maebe's criteria. Maebe reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
To qualify, partner websites must be:
UK based
Fully functional and user friendly
Designed to a professional standard
Search engine friendly, with no black hat SEO practices
Free from offensive, controversial, or inappropriate content
Partners must present Maebe in a manner that is consistent with our brand image, values, and positioning.
Reasonable efforts must be made to ensure all imagery, ad copy, and promotions are accurate, up to date, and aligned with Maebe's current campaigns.
Affiliates may only promote voucher or discount codes that have been supplied directly by the Maebe affiliate team or via the affiliate network.
Maebe reserves the right to cancel or adjust commissions where unauthorised voucher codes are used, including codes that are publicly available, sourced from third party websites, or distributed via Maebe marketing channels.
All commissions are subject to validation. The standard validation period is 60 days, during which Maebe reserves the right to decline commission on returned, cancelled, or refunded orders.
Commissions are paid only on genuine, approved transactions.
Maebe reserves the right to adjust or withhold payments if transactions are later found to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
No paid search activity may bid on Maebe brand terms, including misspellings, abbreviations, or hybrid terms, without prior written permission.
Maebe will not pay commission for any period during which unauthorised brand bidding occurs.
Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) and similar paid activity are permitted only with written approval from Maebe.
Cashback, voucher led, display advertising, or social media advertising using Maebe brand terms may not be run without prior written consent.
Affiliates must not send traffic via automatic redirects.
The Maebe website must not be opened within an HTML frame on any partner site.
