Email marketing is permitted only when sent to opt-in subscribers. Spam or unsolicited email campaigns promoting Smile Aligners are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about Smile Aligners products, treatment timelines, pricing, or results.
Use of pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, or automatic clicks that redirect users to the Smile Aligners website without their clear intent is not allowed.
Affiliates must not use malware, adware, browser extensions, or any software that injects affiliate tracking links without the user’s knowledge.
Brand assets such as logos, images, and promotional materials must only be used as provided by Smile Aligners Ltd and must not be altered without prior permission.
Smile Aligners Ltd reserves the right to reverse commissions or remove affiliates from the programme if these guidelines are violated.
