Creative & Brand Guidelines
To ensure compliance with UK HFSS advertising regulations, affiliates must only use approved creative assets supplied by Millie's Cookies via AWIN or directly by the affiliate management team.
Please note:
- Only approved Millie's Cookies creative may be used in affiliate activity.
- Affiliates must not create their own creative featuring cookies, brownies, or other food product imagery.
- Approved assets will primarily feature Millie's Cookies packaging, gift boxes, branding, and campaign creative.
- Product imagery containing individual cookies or other HFSS products must not be used unless explicitly approved in writing by Millie's Cookies.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all activity complies with applicable advertising regulations, platform policies, and programme terms.
Millie's Cookies reserves the right to request the removal of any non-compliant content and may decline commission on activity that breaches programme guidelines.
