Creative Usage Policy
Only marketing assets and creative materials that have been explicitly provided and approved by either the designated Awin Account Manager or an authorised Millies Cookies Point of Contact may be used for promotional purposes.
Any use of unapproved or unauthorised creative content is strictly prohibited and breaches of this policy will result in immediate termination of the partnership or promotional privileges.
Legal & Financial Liability
Violators of the creative usage policy may also be subject to financial penalties imposed by the relevant advertising trading agency, in accordance with applicable industry regulations.
