VerveShield Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Overview
The VerveShield Affiliate Programme enables approved publishers to promote VerveShield products through the AWIN network and earn commission on qualifying sales generated through tracked affiliate links.
By participating in this programme, affiliates agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as all applicable AWIN policies and platform guidelines.
VerveShield reserves the right to approve or decline affiliate applications at its sole discretion.
2. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote VerveShield products using legitimate and transparent marketing methods including, but not limited to:
Content websites and blogs
Product reviews and comparison websites
Editorial and informational articles
Social media promotion
Email marketing sent only to verified opt-in subscribers
All promotional activities must comply with applicable advertising laws, consumer protection regulations, and AWIN policies.
3. Prohibited Promotional Activities
The following promotional activities are strictly prohibited:
Spam or unsolicited email marketing
Misleading or deceptive advertising
False or exaggerated product claims
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or hidden tracking links
Artificial traffic generation or fraudulent transactions
Promotion on websites containing illegal, offensive, adult, or inappropriate content
VerveShield reserves the right to remove affiliates and reverse commissions resulting from prohibited activities.
4. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
To protect brand advertising investments, the following paid search rules apply:
Affiliates may not bid on VerveShield branded keywords or variations including but not limited to:
VerveShield
Verve Shield
VerveShield brace
Any misspellings or variations of the brand name
Affiliates are also prohibited from:
Using VerveShield trademarks in paid search ad copy
Direct linking from paid search ads to the VerveShield website using affiliate links
Creating ads that may cause confusion with the official VerveShield brand.
5. SEO & Search Engine Policy
Affiliates must ensure that search engine optimization strategies do not intentionally misrepresent the VerveShield brand.
Affiliates may not create search results or content designed to impersonate the official VerveShield website or mislead users into believing they are visiting an official brand property.
6. Trademark & Domain Name Policy
Affiliates are prohibited from registering or using domain names, subdomains, or social media accounts containing the VerveShield trademark or any confusingly similar variations.
Examples include but are not limited to:
verveshield-discount.com
bestverveshieldbrace.com
verveshieldcoupon.com
verveshielddeals.com
This policy also applies to misspellings, abbreviations, and variations of the VerveShield brand name.
VerveShield reserves the right to request removal or transfer of such domains and terminate affiliate participation if necessary.
7. Traffic Type Policy
Content Publishers
Editorial websites, blogs, and review platforms are encouraged to promote VerveShield products.
Voucher / Coupon Sites
Voucher or coupon websites may promote VerveShield only with valid and approved promotional offers.
Affiliates may not promote unauthorized, expired, or misleading discount codes.
Cashback / Loyalty Sites
Cashback and loyalty reward sites may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and must clearly disclose incentive structures to users.
Browser Extensions & Software
Browser extensions, toolbars, or applications that inject affiliate links, overwrite cookies, or alter user browsing behavior are not permitted without explicit written approval.
8. Brand Representation
Affiliates may use official VerveShield logos, images, and marketing assets provided through the AWIN platform.
Affiliates must not:
Modify brand assets in a misleading manner
Represent themselves as the official VerveShield brand
Create websites that imitate or replicate the official VerveShield website
All brand usage must maintain accurate and responsible representation of VerveShield.
9. Product Claims & Compliance
VerveShield products are non-medical support braces designed to provide comfort and stability during everyday activities.
Affiliates must not promote VerveShield products as medical devices or make claims regarding:
Medical diagnosis
Treatment of injuries or diseases
Medical cures or guaranteed recovery
All promotional content must reflect the non-medical positioning of VerveShield products.
10. Commission Validation
Commissions will be paid on verified and completed transactions tracked through the AWIN platform.
VerveShield reserves the right to reverse commissions in cases including but not limited to:
Cancelled or refunded orders
Fraudulent or duplicate transactions
Orders generated through prohibited promotional methods.
11. Data Protection & Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when promoting VerveShield products.
Affiliates must ensure that user data collected through marketing activities is handled lawfully and transparently.
12. Programme Changes & Termination
VerveShield reserves the right to modify programme terms, commission structures, or promotional policies at any time.
Affiliates will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms by continuing to participate in the programme.
VerveShield may suspend or terminate affiliate participation if these terms are violated.
