Welcome to the Monsterpub Affiliate Programme. By joining our programme, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Monsterpub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with appropriate notice.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age
Publishers must have a valid, active website or marketing channel
All promotional content must comply with applicable laws and platform policies
Adult content publishers must ensure their audience is 18+
3. Commission Structure
Commission rates are set per transaction and communicated through the Awin platform
Commissions are calculated on the net transaction value (excluding VAT, shipping, and handling fees)
Commissions are paid monthly via Awin's payment system
Minimum payout threshold: as specified in Awin
4. Tracking & Attribution
Valid sales are tracked via unique affiliate links
Cookies are valid for 60 days from click
Sales must be properly attributed to the affiliate for commission to apply
5. Approved Promotional Methods
The following promotional methods are permitted:
Content websites, blogs, and reviews
Coupon and discount code sites
Email marketing (with consent)
Social media (where permitted)
Search advertising (subject to brand guidelines)
Cashback and loyalty sites
All affiliates are subject to manual approval.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Spam or unsolicited promotions
Trademark bidding on paid search
Cookie stuffing or fraudulent clicks
Promoting to minors
Illegal content or websites
Misrepresenting Monsterpub products
7. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to Monsterpub Brand Guidelines when promoting our products. Brand guidelines are available upon approval.
8. Termination
Monsterpub reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for:
Breach of these terms and conditions
Fraudulent activity
Misrepresentation of products
Non-compliance with brand guidelines
9. Liability
Monsterpub is not liable for any damages arising from the affiliate's promotion of our products. Affiliates promote at their own risk.
