SatinGel Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the SatinGel Affiliate Program via Awin, you agree to the following general terms. These terms may be updated from time to time at our discretion, with changes posted on this page or notified via Awin.

  1. Program Overview ： SatinGel is a US-based brand offering premium water-based personal lubricants. Affiliates promote our products using provided links/codes and earn commissions on qualifying sales.
  2. Commission Structure
    • Standard commission rate: 20% on net sales (after discounts, taxes, shipping, refunds).
    • Rates, thresholds, and payment terms are subject to change. Current details are available in your Awin dashboard.
  3. Qualifying Sales Commissions are earned on valid, completed orders attributed to your unique tracking link/code. We reserve the right to void commissions in cases of fraud, self-referrals, or policy violations.
  4. Promotion Guidelines
    • Affiliates must promote SatinGel in a truthful, respectful, and compliant manner.
    • No misleading claims, spam, or promotion on prohibited platforms.
    • Content must align with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
    • We encourage authentic, positive representation of our products.
  5. Samples & Incentives Qualified affiliates may receive free product samples for review or promotion purposes. Sample distribution is at our sole discretion and subject to availability.
  6. Payment Commissions are paid monthly via Awin, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. All payments are handled directly through Awin’s system.
  7. Program Participation
    • Participation is subject to approval and ongoing review.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms, fraud, or at our discretion.
    • Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by notifying us or removing links.
  8. Liability & Disclaimer SatinGel is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from affiliate promotions. Affiliates are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdictions.
  9. Changes to Terms These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes. Significant updates will be communicated via Awin or email where possible.
