Program Terms 1. Branding & Creative Assets
Publishers must only use the creative assets (banners, logos, and images) provided via the Awin interface or approved by Beauty-Stem Biomedical. Altering our brand logo or creating misleading advertisements is strictly prohibited.
2. Content Guidelines
Affiliates should represent Beauty-Stem Biomedical and CD34 Signals® in a professional and ethical manner. Claims regarding the medical benefits of our products should align with our official marketing materials and news releases.
3. Prohibited Traffic Sources
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming (email, social media, or forums).
- Using "cookie stuffing" or any fraudulent methods to generate sales.
- Advertising on websites containing adult, violent, or illegal content.
4. Social Media Advertising
Affiliates are encouraged to promote on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). However, all sponsored posts must comply with local regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines in the US), including clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship (e.g., using #ad or #sponsored).
5. Termination
Beauty-Stem Biomedical reserves the right to terminate any partnership and decline commission payments if an affiliate is found to be in violation of these terms.
