HICC Pet US

Program Terms

Thank you for your interest in joining the HICC Pet US Affiliate Programme on Awin.

HICC Pet is a pet wellness and grooming brand offering daily care essentials for dogs and cats, including oral care, ear care, eye care, skin care, grooming, and hygiene products.

By applying to or participating in this programme, publishers agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions, in addition to all applicable Awin network policies.

Commission

Commission rates vary by publisher type, promotional model, and individual agreement, as displayed in Awin.

Selected partners may be eligible for higher or promotional commission rates, including rates of up to 20%, subject to campaign approval and programme terms.

Cookie Window

Standard cookie period: 30 days, unless otherwise specified in Awin.

Commission attribution will follow the tracking and attribution logic configured within Awin.

Approval

All publisher applications are subject to manual review and approval.

HICC Pet reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or remove any publisher at its sole discretion.

PPC

Prohibited PPC Activity

Publishers may not:

bid on “HICC Pet”, “HICC PET”, or any trademarked brand term, misspelling, variation, or confusingly similar keyword

bid on combinations such as:

  • HICC Pet coupon
  • HICC Pet promo code
  • HICC Pet discount
  • HICC Pet sale
  • use HICC Pet brand terms in paid search ad copy, display URLs, or visible URLs
  • direct link from paid search ads to the HICC Pet website using affiliate links
  • impersonate HICC Pet in any search listing or paid placement

Any branded PPC activity requires prior written approval from HICC Pet.

Violation of PPC terms may result in:

  • commission reversal
  • suspension from the programme
  • permanent removal from the programme

Coupon / Voucher Policy

Publishers may only promote authorized, valid, and currently active coupon or promo codes.

Codes must be:

  • supplied directly by HICC Pet, or
  • available through Awin-approved programme communications
  • Expired, leaked, scraped, unauthorized, or fabricated codes are strictly prohibited.
  • Publishers may not claim a code is exclusive unless this has been expressly approved in writing by HICC Pet.
  • Coupons may not be stacked. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
  • Orders generated through unauthorized code use may be rejected or reversed.

Creator / Influencer Codes

Approved creator-specific codes may be issued to selected partners.

Attribution and commission for creator-code orders will be handled according to the agreed settings configured in Awin.

HICC Pet reserves the right to apply partner-specific attribution logic where creator codes are involved.

Content Standards

Publishers must not:

  • make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims
  • make unauthorized medical or veterinary claims
  • exaggerate product performance or outcomes
  • use deceptive promotions or misleading pricing language
  • publish content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, violent, adult, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with HICC Pet brand standards
  • HICC Pet reserves the right to request changes to or removal of any content that does not meet brand, legal, or compliance expectations.

Publishers

Separate Review for Coupon / Voucher Publishers

Coupon and voucher publishers are subject to separate review and may be declined at HICC Pet’s discretion.

HICC Pet may restrict or limit coupon publisher participation based on traffic quality, code usage practices, attribution fairness, or overall programme fit.

Prohibited Publisher Behavior

The following are not permitted without prior written approval:

  • cookie stuffing
  • forced clicks
  • click injection
  • adware
  • browser extensions that overwrite or intercept attribution
  • toolbars
  • popups or popunders
  • typosquatting
  • misleading “official” pages
  • unauthorized email or SMS marketing using HICC Pet branding
  • traffic from unsafe, illegal, or brand-damaging content environments

Publishers must be transparent about their traffic sources and promotional methods if requested by HICC Pet.
