By applying to and participating in the Rheal Affiliate Programme via AWIN, all publishers agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Rheal Superfoods reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any changes.

If any activity is not explicitly permitted within these terms, it should be assumed to be prohibited.

Approved affiliates will receive:

• Access to brand-approved creative assets (banners, imagery, messaging guidelines)
• Regular updates on promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Opportunities for increased commission rates during promotional periods
• Dedicated affiliate support and communication
• Early access to selected campaigns and exclusive offers (where applicable)

We aim to build long-term, authentic partnerships aligned with Rheal’s brand values of trust, wellness, and transparency.

Default Commission

• Standard commission rate applies to all validated sales unless otherwise stated within the platform

Commission Variations

Rheal may adjust commission rates based on:

• Customer type: New vs returning customers
• Publisher type: Content partners may receive enhanced rates
• Promotional periods: Temporary rate increases during campaigns
• Basket value or product focus: Selected SKUs or bundles may carry different rates

Assist Commission

• Rheal may reward assist interactions at its discretion where publishers contribute to the conversion journey

Commission Eligibility

Commission is only payable on:

• Completed, valid purchases
• Transactions not cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent

Validation Timeline

• Transactions are typically validated within 30–45 days to allow for returns and order verification

Returns Policy

• Rheal offers a standard returns window (in line with website policy)
• Any returned, refunded, or cancelled orders will result in commission rejection

Validation Criteria

A transaction will only be approved if:

• Payment has been successfully processed
• The order has not been returned or refunded
• No fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

Affiliates must:

• Accurately represent Rheal and its products
• Avoid misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
• Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure regulations
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

• Commission reversal (partial or full)
• Temporary suspension from the programme
• Permanent removal from the programme
• Withholding of unpaid commissions

Serious breaches (e.g. fraudulent activity, brand misrepresentation) may result in immediate termination without notice.

• Only voucher codes provided directly by Rheal via AWIN or official communication channels may be promoted
• Use of unauthorised, expired, or scraped codes is strictly prohibited
• Publishers must not:
  • Promote codes as exclusive unless explicitly stated
  • Mislead users regarding code validity or applicability

Failure to comply may result in commission being declined.

• Rheal operates on a 30 day cookie window, as defined within the AWIN platform
• The last valid affiliate click within this window will be attributed commission

• Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Rheal brand terms (including misspellings) in paid search unless explicitly approved
• Direct linking from paid search ads is prohibited without written consent
• Use of Rheal trademarks in domains, social handles, or paid ads is not allowed
