Any affiliate participating in an Affiliate Program with Free + True acknowledges and agrees that they will be bound by the terms of this Program Agreement. Free + True reserves the right to immediately terminate all rights and privileges afforded to any affiliate under the Program Agreement and/or by way of an affiliate’s participation in Awin programs with Free + True at any time and for any reason. Free + True hereby grants to any affiliate agreeing to the terms of this Program Agreement a revocable, limited license for public use of Free + True's trade name and imagery of its product line in furtherance of the Awin program. In no event will Free + True assign any intellectual property to an affiliate, and affiliates’ participation in the Awin program and use of any Free + True intellectual property will not give any affiliate a right to Free + True's intellectual property. To the extent the affiliate creates any new intellectual property directly related to Free + True's pre-existing intellectual property for its trade name and product line, then such new intellectual property will be considered work for hire and all such property shall belong to Free + True. Affiliates will take no action that would disparage or otherwise reflect poorly on Free + True or its products. Affiliates agree to the payment terms approved by Free + True and accepted by the affiliate via Awin, and further acknowledge they are not entitled to any additional payments. Affiliates agree that they will not list their coupon code on discount websites.
