- 10% Commission is earned on the net order value, excluding VAT, shipping and any discounts applied at checkout
AOV £35.00 - Commissions are validated once the standard return window has passed. Any returned or cancelled orders will result in commission reversal
- Chirpy operates a last click wins attribution model via Awin
Cookie & Tracking
- The Chirpy cookie window is 30 days from the date of the first click
- If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links within the cookie window, commission will be awarded to the last clicked affiliate in line with Awin's standard attribution model
- Affiliates must not artificially inflate clicks or traffic through bots, incentivised clicking or any other fraudulent means

Chirpy Affiliate Programme “Play Nicely” Rules
By joining the Chirpy affiliate programme on Awin, you agree to the following “Play Nicely” terms. Failure to comply may result in commission reversal, removal from the programme, or legal action where applicable.
1. Brand Representation
- All content featuring Chirpy must be accurate, honest and reflect the brand in a positive and professional manner
- You must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about Chirpy products, including exaggerated health outcomes or benefits not stated in our official product descriptions (See documents)
- Any content featuring Chirpy products must comply with ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines and CAP Code requirements for health and supplement advertising
2. Health & Supplement Claims
- Affiliates must only use health claims that appear in Chirpy's official product descriptions or approved affiliate materials
- You must not claim that Chirpy products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or mental health disorder such as depression, anxiety or insomnia
- Chirpy supplements are food supplements, not medicines. This must be clear in any content produced
- Content must not be directed specifically at children. All messaging should be aimed at parents and caregivers
3. Paid & Sponsored Content Disclosure
- All affiliate content must be clearly labelled as an ad, paid partnership or affiliate link in accordance with ASA, FTC and relevant platform guidelines (e.g. #ad, #sponsored)
- Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship is a breach of these terms
4. Domain & Brand Bidding
- Affiliates must not bid on Chirpy brand terms, including "Chirpy," "Chirpy supplements," "Chirpy Zen One," "Chirpy Mood One" or any variations thereof, in paid search (PPC) campaigns without prior written approval
- Domain hugging, registering or using domains that incorporate the Chirpy brand name or any confusingly similar variations, is strictly prohibited
- Affiliates must not create websites, social profiles or handles that could be mistaken for an official Chirpy account or property
5. Incentivised Traffic
- Self-referrals, affiliates purchasing through their own links are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the programme and reversal of commissions
6. Coupon & Voucher Code Usage
- Affiliates must only promote coupon or discount codes that have been officially issued to them by Chirpy
- Posting or sharing expired, unauthorised or fabricated codes is a breach of these terms and commissions may be reversed
7. Trademark & Intellectual Property
- All Chirpy logos, product imagery, copy and brand assets remain the intellectual property of Chirpy
- Affiliates may only use assets provided in the official Chirpy affiliate creative library on Awin - see Documents
- You must not alter, distort or rebrand any Chirpy creative assets without written permission
8. Audience & Content Suitability
- Chirpy's programme is designed for affiliates whose primary audience are parents and caregivers of children aged 6-18
- Content must not be published on websites or platforms that contain adult content, hate speech, or content that conflicts with Chirpy's values around children's wellbeing
9. Commission & Tracking
- Commission is payable on validated, non-returned orders tracked through Awin
- Chirpy reserves the right to reverse commissions on cancelled, returned or fraudulent orders
- Cookie stuffing, click fraud or any form of artificial traffic generation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the programme
10. Programme Changes & Termination
- Chirpy reserves the right to amend these terms, commission rates or the programme structure at any time with reasonable notice via Awin
- Chirpy reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the programme at its discretion, particularly where brand guidelines or these terms have been breached
