Brand Representation
All content featuring Chirpy must be accurate, honest and reflect the brand in a positive and professional manner
- You must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about Chirpy products, including exaggerated health outcomes or benefits not stated in our official product descriptions (See documents)
You must not make changes to branded assets and brand owned photgraphy - Any content featuring Chirpy products must comply with ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines and CAP Code requirements for health and supplement advertising
2. Health & Supplement Claims
- Affiliates must only use health claims that appear in Chirpy's official product descriptions or approved affiliate materials
- You must not claim that Chirpy products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or mental health disorder such as depression, anxiety or insomnia
- Chirpy supplements are food supplements, not medicines. This must be clear in any content produced
- Content must not be directed specifically at children. All messaging should be aimed at parents and caregivers to add your branding guidelines. If you do not have branding guidelines, enter 'No branding guidelines.'
