Welcome to the House of Henry Affiliate Programme. By joining this programme, publishers agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Programme Overview
House of Henry is a premium children’s apparel brand specializing in high-quality bamboo pajamas and daywear designed to last up to 3x longer than traditional sleepwear. Founded by a mama of three and firefighter wife in Gilbert, Arizona, our brand is built on quality, comfort, and timeless design.
Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
2. Commission Structure
Commission is paid on completed, paid orders only.
Commission will not be paid on:
Cancelled orders
Returned or refunded items
Fraudulent transactions
Shipping fees
Taxes
Gift card purchases
Commissions are subject to validation and may be adjusted or declined if orders do not meet programme criteria.
3. PPC & Trademark Policy
Publishers are strictly prohibited from bidding on the following terms (including misspellings or variations):
“House of Henry”
“House of Henry pajamas”
“House of Henry bamboo”
Any branded terms or domain variations
Direct linking from paid search ads is not permitted.
Publishers must add negative keyword exclusions for House of Henry brand terms.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the programme and reversal of commissions.
4. Coupon & Promotional Code Policy
Only authorized, officially distributed promotional codes may be used.
Affiliates may not:
Promote expired codes
Scrape or guess coupon codes
Advertise unauthorized discounts
Imply sitewide sales unless officially stated
Unauthorized coupon promotion may result in commission reversal.
5. Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent House of Henry accurately and maintain our premium brand positioning.
Misleading claims, inaccurate pricing, or false urgency messaging is not permitted.
6. Content Standards
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure regulations, including FTC guidelines for sponsored content and affiliate disclosures.
7. Programme Changes
House of Henry reserves the right to update programme terms, commission structures, or promotional guidelines with 7 days’ notice via the AWIN platform.
8. Right to Remove
We reserve the right to decline transactions or remove publishers from the programme at our discretion if terms are violated.
