Welcome to the Patio Kingdom Affiliate Program on Awin. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before participating.
1. Program Overview

Outdoor Living Accessories
Our affiliate program rewards partners who refer customers that complete valid purchases through approved promotional channels.

2. Commission Structure
Standard Commission:
5% per validated sale
Cookie Duration:
30 days
Commission Locking Period:
30–60 days to account for returns, cancellations, and fraud checks.

3. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote Patio Kingdom through the following channels:
Content websites and blogs
Product review or comparison websites
Coupon and deal platforms (authorized codes only)
Email marketing (must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations)
Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
Influencer marketing
Paid advertising within the restrictions outlined below
All promotional content must provide accurate and non-misleading information about Patio Kingdom products.
4. Paid Search & Trademark Bidding Policy
Affiliates may not bid on trademarked keywords related to Patio Kingdom.
Prohibited keywords include but are not limited to:

Patio Kingdom furniture
Any misspellings or similar variations
Affiliates are also prohibited from bidding on the following:

Additional restrictions:
Direct linking from PPC ads to patiokingdom.com is not allowed
Generic outdoor-living keywords may be used only if traffic is directed to an affiliate-owned landing page
Violations may result in commission reversal or removal from the program.
5. Coupon & Deal Site Policy
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that are:
Provided through the Awin network, or
Distributed directly by the Patio Kingdom affiliate team
The following are prohibited:
Publishing expired coupon codes
Promoting unauthorized discounts
Misleading users by implying nonexistent promotions
Unauthorized coupon promotion may result in commission reversals.
6. Cashback, Loyalty & Reward Sites
Cashback and loyalty affiliates must clearly disclose reward structures to users.
Affiliates may not imply they are official partners or representatives of Patio Kingdom.
Patio Kingdom reserves the right to approve or reject cashback partners at its discretion.
7. Sub-Network Policy
Affiliates operating sub-networks must disclose sub-publishers upon request.
Sub-affiliates must fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Patio Kingdom reserves the right to reject traffic from undisclosed sub-affiliate networks.
8. Content & Brand Protection Policy
Affiliates may not:
Replicate or mirror patiokingdom.com
Copy substantial portions of website content without permission
Create websites that impersonate Patio Kingdom
Misrepresent product specifications, warranties, or guarantees
All product information must remain accurate and current.
9. Domain & Social Handle Restrictions
Affiliates may not register domains or social media handles containing:
patiokingdom
patio-kingdom
patiokingdomofficial
or confusingly similar variations.
These restrictions protect brand identity and prevent consumer confusion.
10. Email & Social Advertising Rules
Affiliates must comply with the following guidelines:
Follow CAN-SPAM regulations
Avoid impersonating Patio Kingdom
Avoid misleading subject lines
Avoid unsolicited bulk email campaigns
Violations may lead to immediate removal from the affiliate program.
11. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines.
Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed.
Example disclosure:
“This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.”
Failure to disclose affiliate relationships may result in removal from the program.
12. Order Validation & Commission Reversals
Commissions may be declined or reversed if:
The order is cancelled or refunded
The order is returned
Fraudulent activity is detected
Unauthorized coupon codes are used
The transaction violates affiliate policies
Patio Kingdom retains sole discretion in validating transactions.
13. Tracking & Attribution
Affiliate sales are tracked through Awin tracking technology.
Commission attribution generally follows the last valid affiliate click prior to purchase.
Patio Kingdom is not responsible for commissions lost due to:
Ad blockers
Browser privacy settings
Tracking interruptions beyond our control
14. Program Changes & Termination
Patio Kingdom reserves the right to:
Reject affiliate applications
Remove affiliates violating program policies
Modify commission rates
Update program policies at any time
Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.
15. Liability
Patio Kingdom is not responsible for:
Revenue loss caused by technical tracking issues
Errors in promotional materials created by affiliates
Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk.

17. Minimum Commissionable Order Value
Orders below $200 USD may not qualify for affiliate commission.
This policy helps prevent abuse through low-value accessory purchases or coupon exploitation.
18. Self-Referral Policy
Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases.

Purchasing through their own affiliate links
Encouraging friends or family members to purchase through their links for commission purposes
Self-referral orders may result in commission reversal.

20. Advertising Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws including:

22. Traffic Quality Policy
Affiliates must generate legitimate traffic.
Prohibited traffic sources include:
Bot traffic
Forced clicks or automatic redirects
Malware or adware distribution
Incentivized clicks without proper disclosure
Suspicious traffic may result in commission reversal.
23. Browser Extension Policy
Affiliates may not use browser extensions or toolbars that:
Automatically inject affiliate links
Replace existing tracking cookies
Trigger affiliate clicks without user interaction
Violations may result in removal from the program.
24. Domain Typosquatting Policy
Affiliates may not register domains that are confusingly similar to patiokingdom.com.
Examples include but are not limited to:
patiokingdomshop.com
patiokingdomdeals.com
patiokingdomofficial.com
Such practices may result in immediate termination.
25. Influencer Disclosure Policy
Influencers promoting Patio Kingdom products must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Disclosures must be visible in:
Social media posts
Video descriptions
Blog content
Failure to disclose may result in removal from the affiliate program.
