1. Brand Representation

Anne Sisteron must be represented accurately, respectfully, and in a manner consistent with the brand’s refined aesthetic. Misleading, low-quality, or spam-oriented placements are strictly prohibited.

2. Approval & Eligibility

• Participation in the Anne Sisteron Affiliate Program is by approval only.
   
• Approval is based on content quality, audience relevance, and brand alignment.
   
• Anne Sisteron reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove any publisher at its sole discretion.

3. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Only authorized offers and discount codes provided directly by Anne Sisteron may be promoted.
   
• Unauthorized, fabricated, or expired codes are prohibited.
   
• Pricing, product details, and promotional language must remain accurate and current.

Commissions generated through unauthorized promotions may be declined or reversed.

4. Social Media & Content Use

• Publishers may not create social media accounts in Anne Sisteron’s name, represent themselves as Anne Sisteron, or imply official endorsement without written approval.
   
• Use of hashtags, tagging, or references to Anne Sisteron must not create confusion regarding brand ownership or affiliation.
   
• All social placements must reflect Anne Sisteron’s premium standards and editorial tone.

5. Paid Media, PPC & Media Buys

• Paid search, paid social, display advertising, or media buys that reference Anne Sisteron trademarks, brand terms, URLs, or close variations require prior written approval.
   
• Unauthorized brand bidding, direct-to-site traffic capture, or interception of brand demand is prohibited.
   
• Publishers may be required to provide documentation or screenshots of paid media activity upon request.

6. Downloadable Software, Adware & Technology

• The use of adware, browser extensions, toolbars, coupon-ware, pop-ups, or downloadable software that alters or interferes with the customer journey is not permitted without express written approval.
   
• Technology that injects offers, redirects traffic, or overrides attribution is prohibited.

7. Commission Validation & Attribution

• Commissions are awarded only on valid, approved transactions tracked through Awin.
   
• Transactions that are cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or generated in breach of these guidelines may be declined.
   
• Anne Sisteron reserves final approval rights on all commissionable activity.

8. Monitoring, Enforcement & Violations

Anne Sisteron actively monitors affiliate activity for compliance.

• Affiliates found in violation will receive a warning.
   
• Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the program and voiding of unpaid commissions.
   
• Material breaches may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

9. Legal Disclaimer

Anne Sisteron reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time. Participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

10. Communication

Program updates, approvals, and campaign details will be communicated via Awin. Publishers are encouraged to request clarification before launching any activity that may impact brand integrity.
