BloqUV Affiliate Program Terms
1. Program Overview
The BloqUV Affiliate Program enables approved publishers (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by promoting BloqUV products using tracked affiliate links provided through the AWIN platform.
By applying to or participating in this program, affiliates agree to comply with these Program Terms and all applicable AWIN network policies.
BloqUV reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its sole discretion.
2. Commission & Transactions
Affiliates will earn commission on valid purchases made through tracked affiliate links.
Commission will be paid only on completed and approved transactions.
Commission will not be paid on:
cancelled orders
returned or refunded products
fraudulent transactions
shipping fees, taxes, or gift cards
Transactions may be validated after the BloqUV return period has passed.
BloqUV reserves the right to reverse commissions associated with invalid transactions.
3. Cookie Duration
BloqUV offers a 30-day cookie window, meaning affiliates may earn commission on purchases made within 30 days of a user clicking their affiliate link, unless another marketing channel is attributed under BloqUV’s attribution policies.
4. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote BloqUV using the following approved channels:
content websites and blogs
editorial product reviews and shopping guides
social media promotion
email marketing to verified opt-in subscribers
Affiliates must ensure all promotions accurately represent BloqUV products and offers.
5. PPC (Paid Search) Policy
Affiliates may not bid on BloqUV trademarked terms in paid search advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads or Bing Ads.
Prohibited activity includes:
bidding on “BloqUV” or variations or misspellings of the brand name
bidding on brand + coupon or brand + discount keywords
direct linking from paid search ads to BloqUV using affiliate tracking links
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program and reversal of commissions.
6. Coupon Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote authorized coupon codes provided by BloqUV or available through the AWIN platform.
Affiliates may not:
advertise unauthorized or fabricated coupon codes
scrape codes from private email campaigns
promote expired or misleading offers
BloqUV reserves the right to reverse commissions generated through unauthorized promotions.
Coupon Attribution Policy
BloqUV reserves the right to decline or adjust commissions generated by coupon or deal websites where the affiliate click occurs after the customer has already added products to cart or initiated checkout.
BloqUV may prioritize attribution to content publishers or influencers that introduced the customer earlier in the purchase journey.
Authorized Coupon Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that are explicitly provided through the AWIN platform or publicly available on the BloqUV website.
Affiliates may not promote private influencer codes, customer service codes, email-exclusive offers, or unpublished promotional codes.
Commissions generated through unauthorized codes may be reversed.
Coupon Website Behavior Policy
Coupon or deal websites must use a click-to-reveal model, where a user must actively click to reveal a coupon code before the affiliate tracking link is triggered.
Automatic redirects, hidden clicks, or forced affiliate cookies are prohibited.
7. Branding & Trademark Usage
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content:
accurately represents BloqUV products
does not contain misleading or false claims
does not harm the BloqUV brand reputation
Affiliates may not register domain names, social media accounts, or advertising accounts that include the BloqUV trademark or confusingly similar variations.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
spam email marketing
cookie stuffing or forced clicks
adware, spyware, or malicious software
misleading advertising or deceptive promotions
automatic redirects or hidden affiliate links
Violation of these policies may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
9. Compliance with Advertising Regulations
Affiliates must comply with all applicable marketing and advertising regulations, including disclosure requirements for affiliate links in accordance with applicable guidelines.
10. Program Termination
BloqUV reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time if the affiliate:
violates program terms
engages in fraudulent activity
damages the BloqUV brand reputation
Termination may result in the reversal of unpaid commissions.
11. Modifications to Program Terms
BloqUV reserves the right to update or modify these Program Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated program terms.
