VOOPOO Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Overview
By participating in the VOOPOO Affiliate Programme, you agree to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice provided via the Awin platform.
2. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: 15-30% per confirmed sale.
Cookie Duration: 30 days.
**Commission is earned only on completed transactions that are shipped and not returned/refunded.
3. Approved Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote via:
Coupon/deal sites (must offer genuine, unique VOOPOO codes).
Content/review sites.
PPC (brand bids allowed only with prior written approval).
Social media and email marketing (must comply with anti-spam laws).
Affiliates may use the brand name in display URLs only if the website provides original, non-duplicative content (e.g., reviews, guides). Pure brand bidding domains or sites mimicking the official site are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT:
Use spam or unsolicited marketing.
Bid on trademarks or brand misspellings in PPC without approval.
Use domain names containing "VOOPOO" or variants.
Promote on illegal or adult content sites.
Use iframe wrappers or browser redirects.
Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination and withheld commissions.
5. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly via Awin for confirmed sales. Any fraudulent or invalid transactions will be deducted. VOOPOO reserves the right to delay payment during investigation of suspicious activity.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect via the Awin platform. Outstanding commissions earned through valid transactions prior to termination will be paid.
7. Liability
VOOPOO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this programme or product use.
