If publishers use your brand name in their display URL, will they receive full commission?Display URLs containing the brand name are permitted for legitimate content sites, but pure brand bidding domains or sites with no added value may be rejected or have commissions reversed.
If publishers use your brand name in their paid search title and description, will they receive full commission?Violations (e.g., bidding on pure brand terms or misleading copy) will result in commission reversal and possible removal from the programme.
If publishers add your brand name into their negative keyword list, will they receive full commission?Publishers who add our brand terms to their negative keyword list are fully compliant and will receive full commission on all sales generated through their PPC campaigns. This practice helps protect our brand and is encouraged.
If publishers display their ads when your brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodafone, voda fone)Yes, with conditions. Full commission is paid when ads are triggered by brand terms, provided the ad copy includes a qualifier (e.g., "review," "deals") and complies with our trademark policy. Pure brand ads are prohibited.
If publishers display their ads when misspellings of your brand name are entered as search keywords will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodofone)
If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. Vodafone Mobile)Yes, with relevance conditions. Irrelevant or misleading ads will not receive commission.
