GetOut Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Commission:
Commission is paid on all valid membership sales (excluding taxes, refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions).
Cookie Duration:
30 days.
Validation Period:
Transactions are typically validated within 30 days after purchase.
Search Marketing:
Paid search campaigns using the GetOut brand name or trademark terms are not allowed without prior approval.
Direct linking to the GetOut website from paid ads is prohibited.
Generic keywords such as family activities, things to do with kids, local attractions, etc. may be used as long as the ads are not misleading.
Voucher Codes:
Only officially approved coupon or discount codes provided through the affiliate program may be promoted.
Promotion of unauthorized, expired, or scraped codes may result in commission reversal.
Coupon & Deal Sites:
Allowed and encouraged to promote verified offers and deals.
Content & Influencer Sites:
Highly encouraged. Blogs, family activity websites, lifestyle publishers, and influencers are welcome to promote GetOut.
Email Marketing:
Allowed if campaigns are GDPR / anti-spam compliant and only sent to subscribers who have opted in.
Cashback & Incentive Sites:
Permitted with prior approval.
Exclusions:
No commission will be paid on cancelled memberships, refunded transactions, duplicate orders, or fraudulent activity.
Program Compliance:
GetOut reserves the right to review promotional methods and remove affiliates who do not comply with the program guidelines.
