Sea Magik Affiliate Programme – Terms & ConditionsBy joining the Sea Magik Affiliate Programme via AWIN, affiliates agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Programme Overview
The Sea Magik Affiliate Programme enables approved publishers to promote Sea Magik products through the use of AWIN tracking links. Affiliates will earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links, subject to the terms outlined below.
Sea Magik reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Permitted Promotional Activity
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Sea Magik using websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other content platforms, provided that all activity is conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
All promotional activity must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards, including ASA and CMA guidance where relevant.
Affiliates must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or false advertising when promoting Sea Magik products.
3. Brand Usage
The Sea Magik brand name, logos, and trademarks must not be altered, misrepresented, or used in a way that may damage the brand's reputation.
Affiliates must not create websites, domains, or social media accounts that impersonate or appear to represent Sea Magik directly.
4. Paid Search Restrictions
Affiliates must not bid on Sea Magik trademarked terms, including but not limited to “Sea Magik”, “Sea Magik skincare”, or close variations or misspellings, in paid search advertising unless explicitly authorised.
Affiliates must not direct-link from paid search advertisements to the Sea Magik website using affiliate tracking links.
5. Voucher Codes
Only voucher codes provided directly through AWIN or officially issued by Sea Magik may be promoted by affiliates.
Affiliates must not promote expired, exclusive, or unauthorised voucher codes.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:
- - Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- - Misleading advertising or false claims about Sea Magik products
- Use of adware, malware, or other intrusive software
- Unsolicited spam email marketing
- Any activity that artificially inflates clicks or sales
Sea Magik reserves the right to decline commission and remove affiliates from the programme if prohibited activity is detected.
7. Commission Eligibility
Commission is paid on valid, completed transactions that are tracked through AWIN and meet the programme’s qualifying criteria.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid will not qualify for commission.
Sea Magik reserves the right to reverse commission for such transactions.
8. Order Validation
All sales are subject to validation and approval by Sea Magik before commission is confirmed.
The validation process ensures that orders are legitimate and comply with the programme’s terms.
9. Programme Changes
Sea Magik reserves the right to update commission structures, promotional terms, or programme policies at any time.
Where possible, affiliates will be notified of significant changes through the AWIN platform.
10. Termination
Sea Magik reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the programme at any time if the terms and conditions are breached or if promotional activity is deemed inappropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sea Magik shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate programme.
12. Cashback & Incentive Sites
Cashback, loyalty, and reward-based affiliates must clearly state the terms of their offer to users and must not mislead customers into believing cashback or rewards are guaranteed where this is not the case.
Affiliates must not promote cashback incentives in a way that encourages users to click affiliate links without genuine purchase intent.
Sea Magik reserves the right to adjust commission rates or restrict promotional activity for cashback and incentive-based affiliates where necessary.
13. Discount Code & Deal Sites
Affiliates operating voucher, deal, or discount websites may only promote voucher codes that are provided directly through AWIN or authorised by Sea Magik.
Affiliates must remove expired or invalid codes promptly and must not advertise offers that are unavailable to the general public.
Sea Magik reserves the right to decline commission on sales generated through the promotion of unauthorised or misleading offers.
14. Brand Protection & Trademark Use
Affiliates must not register, purchase, or use domain names, social media handles, or online identities that contain the Sea Magik brand name or close variations that may cause confusion with the official Sea Magik website or brand.
Affiliates must not create content that suggests an official partnership, endorsement, or ownership by Sea Magik unless explicitly authorised.
Sea Magik reserves the right to request the removal of any content that misuses the brand name or intellectual property.
