Sea Magik

To ensure consistent and accurate representation of the Sea Magik brand, affiliates must follow the branding guidelines outlined below when promoting Sea Magik products.

1. Brand Representation

Affiliates must present the Sea Magik brand in a professional and accurate manner.

Content should reflect the brand values of natural, mineral-rich, spa-quality skincare inspired by the sea. Affiliates must not make misleading claims about Sea Magik products or their benefits.

Affiliates must not position themselves as the official Sea Magik brand, retailer, or customer service channel.

2. Use of Logos and Brand Assets

Affiliates may only use official Sea Magik logos provided directly by Sea Magik.

Brand assets must not be altered, distorted, recoloured, or modified in any way that changes their appearance or meaning.

Affiliates must not create their own versions of the Sea Magik logo or branding.

3. Product Claims

Affiliates must ensure that all product claims are accurate and based on official Sea Magik product information.

Affiliates must not:

- Make medical or therapeutic claims that are not supported by Sea Magik.

- Suggest products cure or treat medical conditions

- Provide misleading or exaggerated product benefits

• - Where possible, affiliates should reference official product descriptions or information available on the Sea Magik website.

4. Imagery and Creative Content

Images must not be edited in a way that misrepresents the product, packaging, or results.

Affiliates creating their own content (such as reviews, blog posts, or social media posts) should ensure it aligns with Sea Magik’s brand positioning and tone.

5. Social Media Promotion

Affiliates promoting Sea Magik on social media must:

- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by advertising regulations

- Follow relevant ASA, CMA, or advertising authority guidance

• - Avoid implying official endorsement by Sea Magik unless authorised
• - Examples of appropriate disclosure include #ad, #affiliate, or #affiliatelink where required.

6. Brand Safety

Sea Magik reserves the right to request removal of promotional content that appears on websites or platforms that contain:

• - Offensive or inappropriate material
• - Illegal content 
  - Hate speech or discrimination
  - Adult or explicit content
  - Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
  - Affiliates must comply with removal requests promptly to remain in the programme.

7. Approval Rights

Sea Magik reserves the right to review how affiliates represent the brand and request changes where branding guidelines are not being followed.

Failure to comply with branding guidelines may result in removal from the affiliate programme.
