Welcome to the DEBUTE Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program via Awin, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
Affiliate: Any individual or company approved to promote DEBUTE products through the Program.
Program: The DEBUTE affiliate marketing program managed via Awin.
Commission: Payment earned by an Affiliate for valid referrals resulting in sales.
Referral: A customer who clicks on an Affiliate link and completes a purchase on DEBUTE.
2. Enrollment
Affiliates must complete the application via Awin.
DEBUTE reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
Affiliates must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by DEBUTE.
Affiliates must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, privacy, and intellectual property regulations.
Affiliates are responsible for properly disclosing affiliate relationships to their audience.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Bid on DEBUTE trademarks in search engines.
Use spam or unsolicited messages to drive traffic.
Make false claims about DEBUTE products.
Promote DEBUTE in a manner that may harm the brand’s reputation.
5. Commissions and Payments
Commissions are calculated based on completed and valid purchases only.
No commission is paid on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
Payments are made via Awin according to their standard schedule.
DEBUTE reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use DEBUTE’s logos, trademarks, and marketing materials only as provided and approved.
All intellectual property remains the property of DEBUTE.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately remove DEBUTE links and marketing materials from their platforms.
Commissions for sales generated prior to termination will be honored according to standard terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
DEBUTE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.
Affiliates participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for their marketing activities.
9. Changes to Terms
DEBUTE may modify these Terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or Awin platform updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
