Commission Structure
- Default rate: 15% on validated net order value (excluding VAT, delivery, discounts, and refunds).
- Commissions apply to all products in a referred order.
- No tiered rates by product/customer type at launch (may be introduced later with notice).
- Commission paid on assisted sales (last-click attribution via Awin tracking).
Validation Process
- Orders validated 30–45 days after purchase (to cover returns window + processing).
- Returns policy: 30-day full refund if product unopened/unused (standard consumer rights apply).
- Transactions declined if: order cancelled by customer, returned, fraudulent, invalid promo code used outside approved channels, or non-delivery proven.
Consequences of Breach
- Breach of these terms (e.g., prohibited promotion methods, false claims) may result in: warning → commission reversal → temporary suspension → permanent removal from programme.
- We reserve the right to reverse commissions on fraudulent/invalid sales.
Voucher Codes & Promotions
- Only voucher codes shared via Awin My Offers, Communication Centre, or explicitly approved in writing may be promoted.
- Unapproved codes (including self-created or leaked) may lead to commission reversal or suspension.
- Publishers must not misuse codes or create fake urgency.
Cookie Period
- 30 days (standard Awin setting – confirm in your contract).
