The program is reserved for publishers aged 18 and over.
Promotion is strictly prohibited on websites or platforms containing adult, illegal, hateful content, or content promoting violence.
Affiliates must not promote CBDSOL products to minors or through channels that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
All CBDSOL products are 100% legal CBD products, compliant with European regulations (THC < 0.3%). No cannabis or controlled substances are sold.
Affiliates are not allowed to make medical claims or therapeutic promises when promoting CBDSOL products.
Bidding on CBDSOL brand keywords (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Example: “CBDSOL promo code”, “CBDSOL discount”, etc.
Affiliates are not allowed to promote or distribute promotional codes that have not been officially provided by CBDSOL.
Generating traffic through misleading practices, bots, fake clicks, or fraudulent purchases is strictly prohibited.
We conduct regular monitoring of affiliate activities to ensure traffic quality and compliance with our program rules.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that does not comply with these conditions, without prior notice.
