Program Terms

We welcome partnerships with publishers, creators, and media partners that align with the ba&sh brand aesthetic and values.

Please note the following program guidelines:

• All partnerships are subject to approval by the ba&sh CA team.
• Publishers may not bid on trademarked brand terms, including “ba&sh” or related misspellings.
• Coupon, loyalty, cashback, and incentive traffic is not permitted unless pre-approved.
• Publishers may not use unauthorized discount codes or misleading promotional messaging.
• Paid search, display, email, and social promotions must accurately represent the ba&sh brand and current campaign messaging.
• Creatives, logos, and imagery may not be altered without prior written approval.
• Orders deemed fraudulent, canceled, returned, or violating program policies may result in commission reversals.
• ba&sh reserves the right to update commission rates, terms, or partnership eligibility at any time.
