The programme is designed for fitness, performance, and wellness-focused audiences. Affiliates receive access to approved marketing materials and support to promote Arq8 products in a compliant and professional manner.
Acceptable Traffic Sources:
We accept traffic generated through organic search (SEO), social media promotion, content marketing (blogs, articles, reviews), email marketing (with proper consent), and other compliant digital channels.
Prohibited Methods:
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Running PPC campaigns on branded keywords including but not limited to “Arq8” and related trademark terms
Misleading advertising or false claims
Unauthorized coupon distribution
Spam or unsolicited email marketing
Incentivized traffic without prior approval
Any activity that violates advertising regulations or platform policies
Responsibilities and Obligations
Affiliate Responsibilities:
Affiliates must promote Arq8 products honestly and transparently. Misleading claims, exaggerated performance statements, or unapproved health claims are not permitted.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all content used to promote Arq8 complies with applicable advertising standards and local regulations.
Content Responsibility:
Affiliates must ensure they have the legal rights to use any content, images, or materials included in their promotions.
Privacy and Data Use
Arq8 is committed to protecting the privacy of customers and partners. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
Affiliates are not authorized to collect or use customer data beyond what is permitted within the scope of the affiliate programme.
Commission and Payments
Commission Rate:
Affiliates earn 25% commission on validated sales generated through approved affiliate tracking links.
Payment Terms:
Commissions are paid via the Awin platform in accordance with Awin’s standard payment schedule and payout thresholds.
Transactions are subject to validation, and cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for commission.
Changes to Programme Terms
Arq8 reserves the right to modify programme terms, commission rates, or policies at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes through the Awin platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Programme Duration and Termination
The affiliate programme is ongoing. However, Arq8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at its discretion if terms are violated.
Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by deactivating their account within Awin.
Brand Usage Guidelines
Affiliates may use Arq8 brand materials, logos, and approved creatives only as provided through official channels.
Unauthorized use of brand assets, modification of creatives, or misuse of trademarks is prohibited.
Affiliates must not present themselves as representatives, partners, or employees of Arq8.
