The following activities are prohibited:
• Creating websites or advertisements that impersonate the brand
• Registering domain names containing the brand name or misspellings of the brand name
• Misrepresenting product pricing, promotions, or availability
• Using misleading claims about the brand or its products
Publishers must ensure that all marketing content reflects the quality, authenticity, and positioning of a fine jewelry brand.
