The Ultimate Snooze Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the affiliate program operated by The Ultimate Snooze, LLC. By participating in the program through the AWIN network, publishers, affiliates, journalists, and partners agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
The Ultimate Snooze is a premium sleep system developed by The Ultimate Snooze, LLC in partnership with The Ultimate Human (Gary Brecka) and Snooze Mattress Company, designed to support optimized sleep, recovery, and performance through natural, toxin-free sleep materials.
Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these terms.
1. General
The Ultimate Snooze Affiliate Program allows approved publishers, journalists, influencers, and partners to promote Ultimate Snooze products through tracked affiliate links and earn commission on qualifying purchases.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission on verified purchases generated through their unique affiliate tracking links.
Commission is calculated on the net value of completed orders.
Commission applies only to successfully completed orders.
Cancelled orders, returned products, or refunded purchases are not eligible for commission.
If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or deemed fraudulent, the associated commission will be reversed or declined.
Commission rates may vary based on:
Product category (mattresses, bundles, accessories)
Promotional campaigns
Custom partner agreements
Standard commission rates are published within the AWIN platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cookie Duration
Affiliate tracking operates on a 30-day cookie window unless otherwise stated within the AWIN platform.
If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate link, the affiliate will receive credit for the sale provided the purchase meets validation requirements.
Transaction Validation
Transactions are validated once orders have shipped and the applicable return window has passed.
Validation typically occurs 30–60 days after purchase.
The Ultimate Snooze, LLC reserves the right to review and decline transactions that violate program policies.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Commission is based only on completed and retained purchases.
Transactions will be declined or reversed if:
an order is cancelled
a product is refunded
a product is returned
a purchase is identified as fraudulent
Voucher Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote approved voucher codes or offers provided through:
the AWIN platform
direct communication from The Ultimate Snooze affiliate team
Promotion of unauthorized, leaked, or expired codes may result in:
commission reversal
suspension from the program
removal from the affiliate program
Breach of Terms
Violation of program terms may result in:
reversal of commissions
suspension from the affiliate program
termination of the affiliate relationship
The Ultimate Snooze, LLC reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect brand integrity and marketing investments.

2. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy
To protect brand integrity and paid advertising investments, the following PPC policies apply.
Brand Bidding
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on trademarked or brand-related keywords, including but not limited to:
Ultimate Snooze
The Ultimate Snooze
Ultimate Snooze Mattress
The Ultimate Human
Gary Brecka
Snooze Mattress Company
This restriction includes:
misspellings
variations
derivative trademark terms
Display URLs
Affiliates may not use The Ultimate Snooze brand name, The Ultimate Human, or Gary Brecka within:
display URLs
domain names
paid ad copy
without prior written approval.
PPC Violations
If an affiliate violates PPC policies:
commissions generated during the violation period may be reversed
the affiliate may be suspended or removed from the program
3. Transactions
Affiliate commission is calculated based on the net order value.
The following items are excluded from commission calculations:
sales tax or VAT
shipping or delivery charges
discounts or promotional reductions
Transactions may be declined for reasons including:
order cancellations
returned products
refunded purchases
suspected fraud
invalid or unauthorized voucher codes
duplicate orders
4. Branding & Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates must promote The Ultimate Snooze brand in a professional and accurate manner.
Approved messaging may reference:
The Ultimate Snooze sleep system
The partnership with The Ultimate Human (Gary Brecka)
toxin-free sleep materials
natural latex, organic cotton, and wool construction
sleep performance and recovery benefits
Affiliates may not:
make unverified medical or health claims
claim that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease
misrepresent product features or certifications
present themselves as official representatives of The Ultimate Snooze, LLC or The Ultimate Human
Creative Assets
Affiliates must represent the brand consistently and professionally.
Affiliates must use approved creative assets from the Ultimate Snooze Affiliate Media Kit when available.
Approved assets may include:
product images
product descriptions
logos
marketing graphics
promotional materials
Use of misleading, outdated, altered, or unauthorized brand imagery may result in removal from the program.
5. Notice Periods
The Ultimate Snooze, LLC reserves the right to modify:
commission structures
promotional policies
program rules
participation requirements
Where possible, a minimum of seven (7) days notice will be provided before material changes take effect.
Notice will typically be communicated through the AWIN platform.
6. Publishers
The Ultimate Snooze Affiliate Program welcomes participation from:
editorial publishers
journalists
wellness and health media outlets
influencers and content creators
product review websites
affiliate marketing websites
Restricted Publisher Types
The following publisher types require prior written approval before participating:
cashback programs
loyalty reward platforms
paid advertising affiliates
Coupon sites must receive written approval before joining the program.
Prohibited Practices
The following activities are not permitted:
spam email marketing
misleading advertorial content
impersonating The Ultimate Snooze brand
unauthorized discount promotion
trademark bidding
misleading product claims
7. De-duplication
Affiliate transactions may be de-duplicated against other marketing channels including:
paid search advertising
paid social advertising
email marketing campaigns
internal promotions
Unless otherwise specified, last-click attribution will apply when determining commission eligibility.
Affiliate commission will only be awarded when the affiliate channel receives the final qualifying click prior to purchase.
The Ultimate Snooze, LLC reserves the right to interpret and enforce these program terms to ensure fair participation and protection of brand standards.
