Affiliate Terms and Conditions with Wiber Rent a Car
1. Participation requirements
To join Wiber’s Affiliate Programme, affiliates must have an active and legitimate promotional channel (website, blog, editorial platform, social media or owned database), with original content aligned with current legal regulations.
Affiliates whose channels:
- Promote illegal, offensive, discriminatory, violent or adult content.
- Lack relevant content or are inactive.
- Use misleading techniques, intrusive practices or artificial traffic generation methods will not be accepted.
Wiber reserves the right to approve, reject or cancel any collaboration if it considers that the channel does not meet the brand’s quality and reputation standards.
2. Use of promotional materials
Affiliates must exclusively use the creatives, links and resources provided by Wiber or previously authorised.
The following is not permitted:
- Altering official materials without consent.
- Implementing hidden redirects, iframes, intrusive pop-ups or ad hijacking techniques.
- Generating artificial impressions or clicks.
3. Email marketing and communications
Sending promotional communications is allowed provided that:
- The database is owned and has prior consent (verifiable opt-in).
- The affiliate is clearly identified as the sender.
- It does not give the impression that the communication comes directly from Wiber.
The use of spam practices or purchased databases is strictly prohibited.
4. Promotion on social media and other digital channels
Affiliates may promote Wiber on social media, provided that:
- The content is truthful and not misleading.
- The advertising nature of the collaboration is clearly disclosed when required by applicable regulations.
- Profiles that may be confused with official Wiber channels are not used.
5. Promotional codes
Only official codes provided directly by Wiber may be distributed.
Publishing unauthorised, expired or manipulated codes is not permitted.
Wiber may modify or withdraw any promotional code at any time.
