1. Commissionable Products
Commission is paid on completed sales of physical Blipblox products purchased directly via blipblox.com.
Commission is calculated on net product revenue only, excluding:
- VAT / sales tax
- Shipping and delivery fees
- Payment processing fees
- Gift wrapping or service add-ons
2. Non-Commissionable Items
Commission is not paid on:
- Gift card purchases
- Wholesale or bulk B2B orders
- Replacement parts purchased under warranty
- Orders placed through unauthorized resellers
- Refurbished or replacement units provided at no charge
3. Order Validation & Reversals
Transactions may be declined for the following reasons:
- Order cancellation
- Product return or refund
- Failed payment or credit authorization
- Duplicate orders
- Fraudulent activity
- Breach of program terms
Blipblox reserves the right to reverse commissions for abnormal return rates or policy violations.
- Validation period: 30 days (aligned with return policy).
4. Pricing & Availability
- All pricing is subject to change without notice.
- Affiliates may not guarantee product availability.
- Commission will not be paid on transactions that are fully canceled due to out-of-stock situations.
5. Promotional Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
- Advertise unauthorized discount codes
- Create misleading pricing claims
- Bundle Blipblox products with unrelated items without approval
- Modify product descriptions in a way that materially alters functionality claims
Public promotions may be promoted once live on blipblox.com.
6. Geographic Scope
Commission applies only to orders fulfilled directly by Blipblox via authorized online storefronts (blipblox.com or amazon.com (Blipblox storefront).
Orders placed through third-party marketplaces are not eligible unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Warranty & Safety Representation
Affiliates must not:
- Make independent warranty promises
- Modify or reinterpret safety statements
- Provide technical guarantees beyond official product documentation
All warranty and safety information must align with content published on blipblox.com.
8. Product Use Representation
Blipblox products are electronic music devices designed for children and families.
Affiliates must not:
- Promote unsafe usage scenarios
- Represent products outside recommended age guidelines (not to be marketed to ages 0-2)
9. Right to Modify Terms
Blipblox reserves the right to update product terms and commission structures at its discretion.
