Commission Payment: Commissions are typically paid on a monthly basis, subject to the minimum payout threshold of $50 (or local equivalent). Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, as per your selected payment method.
5. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to artificially inflate sales or clicks, including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or misleading advertising.
Misleading Content: Promoting Fittle.fit products with false claims or misleading information.
Inappropriate Advertising: Using Fittle.fit affiliate links on sites or platforms with inappropriate or harmful content (e.g., adult content, illegal activities, etc.).
Brand Bidding on CSS
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Fittle.fit brand terms or variations of the brand name in any Comparison Shopping Services (CSS), including search engine shopping ads that directly link to the Fittle.fit website. Brand bidding on CSS is explicitly restricted to protect the brand from unauthorized and misleading ads.
6. Term and Termination
Duration: The agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying Fittle.fit.
Termination by Fittle.fit: Fittle.fit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate program at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these terms and conditions or if your actions harm the reputation of Fittle.fit.
7. Intellectual Property
As an affiliate, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Fittle.fit’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Fittle.fit Affiliate Programme. All intellectual property remains the property of Fittle.fit.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fittle.fit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of profits or business. The liability of Fittle.fit will be limited to the total commissions earned by the affiliate in the three-month period immediately preceding the claim.
