VFD Affiliate Program Terms
By participating in the VFD Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions designed to protect the integrity, reputation, and intellectual property of VFD.
1. Brand Representation & Compliance
Affiliates must represent VFD products accurately and truthfully. All marketing content must comply with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
Affiliates may not make false, misleading, unverified, or exaggerated claims regarding VFD products, including but not limited to health claims, medical claims, or performance guarantees.
2. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
VFD grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved brand assets (logos, product images, brand messaging) solely for the purpose of promoting VFD products within the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates may not:
- Modify logos or trademarks without written approval
- Register domain names, social handles, or paid ads using “VFD”, “VFD.US” or confusingly similar terms
- Create materials that misrepresent affiliation or ownership of the VFD brand
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of VFD.
3. Content Standards
Affiliate content must:
- Align with VFD’s brand values of quality, natural ingredients, and professionalism
- Be family-friendly and free from offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material
- Maintain product integrity (no inappropriate repackaging or relabeling for resale)
VFD reserves the right to request edits or removal of any content that may harm brand reputation.
4. Paid Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on VFD-branded keywords (including variations or misspellings) in digital advertising without written permission
Use direct linking in paid ads without approval - Run ads that compete directly with official VFD campaigns
5. Commission & Program Integrity
Commissions are earned only on valid, completed sales tracked through official affiliate links. VFD reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions resulting from:
- Fraudulent activity
- Self-referrals
- Coupon abuse or unauthorized discount distribution
- Violations of these Terms
6. Termination
VFD reserves the right to suspend or terminate Affiliate participation at any time, with or without notice, for violations of program terms or conduct that may damage the brand.
Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately cease use of all VFD trademarks, links, and promotional materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
VFD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Participation is at the Affiliate’s own discretion and risk.
