These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all partners ("Affiliates") in the Cloudpillo Affiliate Program via Awin. By joining the program, you agree to follow these Terms.
2. Approval
Cloudpillo reviews all applications and may accept or reject any Affiliate at its discretion.
3. How You Can Promote
Affiliates must promote Cloudpillo in a fair, honest, and legal way. All activity must comply with Awin policies and applicable laws (e.g. advertising and privacy laws).
4. What Is not Allowed
To protect the brand, the following is strictly prohibited:
4.1 Paid Advertising (PPC)
No Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising is allowed in any form.
This includes Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid social, display ads, or any paid traffic driving directly or indirectly to Cloudpillo.
4.2 Cashback & Voucher Sites
Cashback, loyalty, or voucher/coupon websites are only allowed with explicit written approval from Cloudpillo.
4.3 Traffic Sources
The following traffic methods are not allowed:
Search retargeting
Behavioural retargeting
Media brokers or traffic arbitrage networks
4.4 Content Restrictions
Affiliates may not promote Cloudpillo on websites or channels that include:
- Adult or explicit content
- Gambling-related content
- Discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content
5. Brand Use
You may only use Cloudpillo branding (logos, images, text) provided through Awin or directly by Cloudpillo.
You may not mislead users or pretend to be Cloudpillo.
6. Commission
Commission is paid on valid sales tracked via Awin.
Cloudpillo may decline or reverse commissions for invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity.
Payment is handled via Awin according to their terms.
7. Monitoring
Cloudpillo actively monitors affiliate activity. If we detect violations, we may take action immediately.
8. Termination
Cloudpillo may remove any Affiliate from the program at any time, especially in case of rule violations.
9. Changes
Cloudpillo may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the latest version.
