Program Terms

Skincare Generics Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in the Skincare Generics Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Participation constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.

Skincare Generics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
 

1. Program Enrollment & Approval

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate application or participation at our sole discretion.

We may remove any Affiliate at any time for violations of this Agreement, applicable laws, or brand guidelines.


2. Permitted Promotional Activities

Affiliates may promote Skincare Generics through:

  • Websites and blogs
  • Social media platforms
  • Email marketing (opt-in lists only)
  • Content marketing
  • Influencer marketing
  • Review platforms (with compliance)

All promotions must be truthful, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

 

3. FTC, NAD & Advertising Compliance

Affiliates must comply with:

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guidelines
  • National Advertising Division (NAD) Standards
  • Applicable international advertising laws

Required Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship, including but not limited to: “I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link.”

Disclosures must be visible, clear, and proximate to affiliate links.

Prohibited Claims

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make medical, therapeutic, or drug claims
  • Claim disease treatment, prevention, or cure
  • Represent products as FDA-approved treatments
  • Guarantee results
  • Make unsupported performance claims
  • Ingredient & Comparison Claims

Affiliates may reference publicly available ingredient comparisons only if:

  • No claim of identical performance is made
  • No misleading equivalency claims are implied
  • Proper disclaimers are included

Approved example: “Based on publicly available INCI label comparisons. Does not reflect ingredient concentrations or performance.”

 

4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Media Policy

Prohibited Bidding

Affiliates may NOT bid on:

  • “Skincare Generics”
  • “SkincareGenerics”
  • “SkincareGenerics.com”
  • Brand variations or misspellings
  • Product names
  • Trademarked phrases
  • “Skincare Generics discount / coupon / promo” terms

This applies to:

  • Google Ads
  • Bing Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Any paid search or display network

Negative Keywords

Affiliates must include our brand and variations as negative keywords.

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate commission reversal
  • Temporary suspension
  • Program termination

We may request proof of compliance at any time.

 

5. Trademark & Intellectual Property Policy

We grant Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved brand assets solely for Program participation.

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Register domains using our name
  • Create social accounts impersonating the brand
  • Alter logos
  • Misrepresent affiliation
  • Use brand assets in misleading ways
  • Use trademarks in paid ads

All goodwill remains the property of Skincare Generics.

 

6. Social Media Policy

Affiliates may promote on social platforms but may NOT:

  • Impersonate Skincare Generics
  • Present themselves as official representatives
  • Create “official” pages
  • Use brand names as usernames
  • Tag or represent endorsement without permission

All sponsored content must include proper disclosures.

 

7. Coupon & Promotion Policy

Authorized Coupons Only

Affiliates may use ONLY:

  • Coupons provided through AWIN
  • Coupons approved in writing
  • Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Post expired codes
  • Promote fake/non-existent codes
  • Use private or internal-only promotions
  • Publish influencer-exclusive codes
  • Scrape or auto-generate coupons
  • Misrepresent pricing

Violations may result in full commission reversal.

 

8. Software, Toolbars & Adware

We prohibit use of:

  • Browser extensions
  • Toolbars
  • Adware
  • Pop-ups
  • Forced redirects
  • Cookie stuffing
  • Cashback overlays (without approval)

Any technology that interferes with user experience or attribution is prohibited.

 

9. Commission Structure & Payment

  • Commissions are calculated on net sales (excluding tax, shipping, refunds, chargebacks)
  • Commission rates are set within AWIN
  • Payment follows AWIN’s payment schedule
  • Transactions must be valid and completed

We reserve the right to review and reverse commissions for:

  • Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Policy violations
  • Returns
  • Cancellations

 

10. Cookie & Tracking

Tracking is based on cookies and AWIN systems.

We are not responsible for:

  • Cookie blocking
  • Device switching
  • Tracking loss
  • Ad blockers

No commission is owed if tracking fails.

 

11. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Engage in deceptive marketing
  • Misrepresent affiliation
  • Falsify testimonials
  • Use fake reviews
  • Offer unauthorized rebates
  • Incentivize clicks
  • Manipulate attribution
  • Engage in fraud

Any abuse may result in permanent removal.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

Affiliates must comply with:

  • GDPR
  • CCPA
  • CAN-SPAM
  • Other privacy regulations

Email marketing must be opt-in and lawful.

 

13. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination:

  • All licenses are revoked
  • Promotions must cease
  • Outstanding commissions may be withheld if violations exist

 

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Skincare Generics provides the Program “as is.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed total commissions paid to the Affiliate.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Data loss
  • Indirect damages
  • Business interruption

 

16. Indemnification

Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Skincare Generics and its affiliates against all claims arising from:

  • Affiliate conduct
  • Content
  • Misrepresentations
  • Legal violations
  • Policy breaches

 

17. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors.

Nothing creates:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Agency
  • Joint venture

 

18. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

 

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between parties and supersedes prior agreements.
