Program Terms & Conditions

1. Key Information

Action Description: A confirmed sale
Validation Criteria: Confirmed and non-returned purchases will be validated
Validation Period: 30 days (sales validated from the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month)
Cookie Period: 90 days
Commission Structure: 10% cost per sale 
De-Duplication Policy: Sales will be de-duplicated versus search and display activity

3. Voucher Code Policy

i. Affiliates may only use codes with express permission from the client or account manager.
ii. Invented or made-up discount codes are prohibited.
iii. Discount codes meant for other offers/channels are not allowed.
iv. Publishers are prohibited from using iframes to set cookies on users’ devices.
v. “Click to reveal” voucher code functions are only allowed if a valid code exists for the program.
vi. Publishers must clearly display expiration dates for all codes.
vii. Expired codes can remain for SEO only if clearly marked as expired, using body-sized font and a visible contrasting color.

Note: Affiliates using software applications must comply with the IAB Voucher Code of Conduct.

4. Use of Social Media

Affiliates must obtain advance approval from the merchant before any social media promotion.

Guidelines:

Content must not be illegal, violent, offensive, plagiarized, or derogatory.

Do not use “hush crib or misspellings in any domain/sub-domain (e.g., hushcrib.com.

Do not misrepresent yourself as hushcrib.

No use of third-party accounts without permission.

Links must be transparent, relevant, and valuable to users.

Social media handles using variations of the brand name (e.g., witter.com/hushcrib) are not allowed.

5. Email Marketing

Merchant must provide advance permission before affiliates send promotional emails.

All email creatives must be approved by the merchant prior to being sent.

7. Branding & Creative Guidelines

Affiliates must not represent themselves as Hushcrib.

Must make it clear they act as affiliates, not retailers.

Always use the latest logo provided by the admin system.

Hardcoded creatives are not allowed — use network-provided creatives only.

Copy Compliance:

All marketing copy must be submitted for merchant approval before publication.

Expected turnaround for approval: 2 business days

8. Deeplinking

Affiliates are permitted to deeplink to specific pages on the merchant website.

9. Mobile Tracking & m-Commerce

10. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Affiliates cannot use “Hushcrib” or related brand terms in link anchor texts.

SEO optimization must not mislead or imitate the merchant brand.

11. Regional Restrictions

Affiliates are to target approved regions only (specific territories to be defined by merchant).

12. Product & Commission Scope

Tracked Products: Appointments (online and telephone).

Commissionable Transactions: Appointments and offline sales (reward sites only).

Entire transaction value will be commissionable unless otherwise stated.

13. Ramifications of Breach

Affiliates found violating these terms may face:

Warnings or commission reversals

Withholding of unpaid commissions

Suspension or permanent removal from the program

Legal accountability in severe breaches

The merchant agrees to provide reasonable notice for significant program changes (e.g., commission changes >25%, de-duplication criteria updates, or program closure)
