By joining the HOMEBODY Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or participating in the HOMEBODY Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. HOMEBODY reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with HOMEBODY’s brand values and target audience. HOMEBODY reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Approved affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links to promote HOMEBODY products. These links are used to track referrals and sales. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring links are used correctly and in accordance with programme guidelines.

4. Commissions

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links. Commission rates, validation periods, and payment terms are outlined within the affiliate platform and may be updated by HOMEBODY at any time.

Commission Payments:
Commissions are typically paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Payments are processed via the affiliate network in accordance with its payment schedule and methods.

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Including but not limited to click fraud, cookie stuffing, or artificially inflating conversions.
• Misleading Promotion: Making false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about HOMEBODY products or offers.
• Inappropriate Content: Promoting HOMEBODY on websites or platforms containing illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
• Brand Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on HOMEBODY brand terms, misspellings, or variations in paid search, shopping ads, or comparison shopping services without prior written approval.
• PPC Restrictions: Affiliates are not permitted to run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using HOMEBODY brand keywords or direct linking to the HOMEBODY website without prior written approval.

6. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.

• Affiliate Termination: Affiliates may leave the programme at any time.
• Termination by HOMEBODY: HOMEBODY reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately if there is a breach of these terms or if affiliate activity is deemed harmful to the brand.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use HOMEBODY trademarks, logos, and approved marketing assets solely for promotional purposes. All intellectual property remains the property of HOMEBODY.

8. Limitation of Liability

HOMEBODY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme. HOMEBODY’s total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to the affiliate during the three months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Participation in the HOMEBODY Affiliate Programme is subject to HOMEBODY’s Privacy Policy. By joining the programme, affiliates consent to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Amendments

HOMEBODY reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via the affiliate platform or email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
