About the Program Siegelman Stable is a New York-based luxury fashion brand that blends harness racing heritage with contemporary streetwear, known for limited-edition collaborations with iconic partners. We work with select affiliates who can authentically represent our brand across content, editorial, email, and search channels.
Commission
- Standard commission: 8-10% on net sale value
- Commission is calculated excluding VAT/sales tax, delivery charges, credit card fees, and gift wrapping
- Minimum commission floor: 5%
- 7 days' notice before any commission reduction; minimum 30 days between reductions
Attribution
- 30-day cookie window, last-click attribution
- 14-day auto-validation period
Commission Declines Commissions will be declined for: cancelled orders, returned items, failed credit checks, breach of program terms, duplicate orders, and out-of-stock items
PPC Policy
- Publishers are NOT entitled to full commission on PPC-driven sales
- Bidding on "Siegelman Stable," brand variations, or misspellings is prohibited
- A restricted group of pre-approved publishers may earn commission on brand-related terms
- Approved paid search activity is limited to Google only (Yahoo, Bing, and others excluded)
- Shopping ads that link directly to siegelmanstable.com are permitted
- Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) must be tracked in a separate publisher account
Approved Publisher Types Allowed: Community, Content, E-mail, Search, Behavioral Retargeting, Media Brokers Not allowed: Cashback, Coupon Code, Loyalty
De-Duplication
- Sales should be de-duplicated against PPC Brand, PPC Generic, and Display Advertising to prevent double-payment on conversions.
Notice Periods
- 14 days' notice for changes to program terms and conditions
- 14 days' notice for planned site downtime or unavailability
Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized coupon or discount code promotion
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or artificial inflation of traffic
- Trademark bidding or domain squatting
- Incentivized traffic without prior written approval
Program Approval Siegelman Stable reserves the right to approve or decline affiliate applications at its sole discretion. We prioritize partners in fashion, lifestyle, sports culture, and luxury editorial.
