By joining our affiliate program, partners agree to the following guidelines.
Brand Representation

• Use of our trademarks must remain consistent with brand standards.
Paid Search & Trademark
• Affiliates may not bid on trademarked terms including “Bam! Let’s Mahjong®” or confusingly similar variations.
• Use of our brand name in paid search advertising requires prior written approval.
Promotional Guidelines
• Only approved promotional codes may be published.
• Expired or unauthorized discount codes may result in commission reversals.
Compliance
• Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines and clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.
• Content must adhere to applicable advertising and marketing regulations.
Commission Policy
• Commission is paid on completed, non-returned orders.
• Returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders will result in reversed commissions.
General
