General
We offer a standard commission of 3% on all approved online sales. Commission is calculated on the order value excluding VAT, delivery charges, and returns. Transactions are validated within 30 days of the order date. We reserve the right to decline orders that are cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or duplicated.
PPC Policy
Publishers may not bid on our brand name, brand misspellings, or brand + generic terms in paid search. Direct linking to our website from PPC ads is not permitted. Generic (non-brand) keyword bidding is allowed.
Transactions
Commission is paid on completed online purchases only. The following are excluded: cancelled orders, returned items, gift cards, and employee purchases.
Branding
Publishers must not alter our logo or creative materials. Any promotional messaging must accurately reflect current offers. We reserve the right to request removal of outdated or misleading content.
Notice Period
We provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any commission changes or programme updates.
Publishers
