Logo, font, and imagery usage guidelines
Refer to the brand guidelines here for all assets related to Jiwya.
Brand name and positioning
Always refer to the brand as “Jiwya”.
Do not modify, abbreviate, or translate the brand name.
Do not present Jiwya as a discount or outlet brand.
Logo and imagery
Only use logos and images supplied by Jiwya through the network or our official channels.
Do not alter the logo (no stretching, recolouring, adding text, or placing it on busy backgrounds).
Do not overlay additional text or graphics on product images without prior written approval.
Tone of voice
The voice of Jiwya is positive, optimistic and hopeful for a better future for the fashion and textile industry.
Do not use negative language in content where Jiwya is mentioned.
Do not make unapproved claims about health, medical benefits, or certifications.
Do not overstate discounts or create misleading urgency (eg. “last chance” if this is not true).
Discounts and promo codes
Only promote official, public promo codes provided by Jiwya
Do not list staff, private, or leaked codes, or guess “evergreen” discounts.
All discount messaging must match the live offer (value, dates, exclusions).
Channel and context restrictions
Jiwya may not be promoted on adult, gambling, violence, or hate‑related sites, or alongside offensive content.
No use of Jiwya branding in connection with illegal or unethical activities.
Impersonation and official status
Do not present yourself as Jiwya or an official Jiwya store, site, social account, or customer support.
Do not use domains, social handles, or email sender names that could confuse customers into thinking you represent Jiwya.
PPC/ search branding
Do not use “Jiwya” (or misspellings) in ad titles, descriptions, or display URLs without explicit written approval.
Follow all PPC restrictions outlined in our PPC policy.
Brand ad/ promotions placement
Jiwya should not be placed alongside synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, spandex or leather, fur, any animal derived fashion materials, or brands claiming recycled polyester or recycled plastic bottles made into fabric as sustainable, or fast fashion and greenwashing brands.
Approval and removal
Jiwya reserves the right to request changes or removal of any creative or promotion that does not comply with these guidelines or harms the brand, and to withhold commission for non‑compliant activity.
