Program Overview
Nano Nerds is a premium Nordic wellness brand specializing in magnesium-based supplements and topicals powered by proprietary MG2 Magnesium technology. Our products support sleep, recovery, and mitochondrial optimization for athletes, biohackers, and wellness-conscious consumers.

Commission Structure
- Default commission: 15-20% on all confirmed net sales (after returns/refunds)
- Cookie/referral window: 30 days
- Last-click attribution model
- Commission is calculated on the product sale price, excluding shipping and taxes
- Commissions are subject to a validation period of 45 days to account for returns and refunds
Payment Terms
- Minimum payout threshold: $50
- Payments processed monthly
- Commissions validated within 45 days of transaction
- Declined transactions (refunds, chargebacks, fraud) will not be commissioned
Approved Promotional Methods
All promotional methods are permitted unless explicitly listed as prohibited below. This includes but is not limited to:
- Blog posts, articles, and product reviews
- Social media content (all platforms)
- Email marketing
- Video content, tutorials, unboxings, and podcasts
- Organic search / SEO content
- Comparison and review websites
- Coupon and deal sites
- Cashback and loyalty platforms
- Display advertising
- Native advertising
- Content syndication
- Any other legitimate digital marketing channel
Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- PPC/brand bidding: Bidding on "Nano Nerds," "Mito Calm," "MG2 Magnesium," or any brand term variations (including misspellings) on any search engine or shopping platform
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Spam: Unsolicited emails, SMS, or messages of any kind
- Adware, spyware, or toolbars
- Brand impersonation or creating content that implies you are Nano Nerds or an employee of Nano Nerds
- Misleading or false claims about products (see Compliance section below)
- Adult, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
Compliance & Health Claims
All affiliates must adhere to the following:
- FTC Disclosure: All affiliate content must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of the material relationship (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link at no extra cost to you.")
- No medical claims: Affiliates must NOT claim that Nano Nerds products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
- No guaranteed results: Affiliates must NOT guarantee specific health outcomes (e.g., "this will cure your insomnia" or "eliminates chronic pain")
- Permitted language: Affiliates may describe products as "supporting" sleep, recovery, relaxation, and wellness. Use language like "may help," "designed to support," or "formulated for"
- No fabricated reviews or testimonials: All reviews must reflect genuine personal experience
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable local advertising regulations, including FTC guidelines (US), ASA (UK), and equivalent authorities in their jurisdiction
Brand Guidelines
- Use only official product images and descriptions provided in the creative library, or your own original photography/content
- Maintain the premium positioning of the brand — avoid language that undermines the quality or positioning (e.g., "cheap," "budget")
- If creating custom content, ensure accuracy of product names, ingredients, and pricing
- Nano Nerds reserves the right to request removal or modification of any affiliate content that does not meet brand standards
Creative Assets & Support
- Official product images, banners, and text links available in the Awin creative library
- Custom discount codes available upon request for top-performing affiliates

- Promotional calendar and seasonal offers communicated via Awin newsletter
Program Policies
- Approval: All affiliate applications are manually reviewed. Approval is at Nano Nerds' sole discretion
- Termination: Nano Nerds reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program with 7 days' notice for terms violations, with immediate effect for fraud or serious breaches
- Commission adjustments: Commission rates may change with 7 days' advance notice via the Awin platform
- Returns: Commissions on returned or refunded orders will be declined during the validation period
- Fraud: Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions
