1. Introduction
Welcome to the GreensNutrition.com Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These Terms & Conditions govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “Publisher”) in promoting products sold on GreensNutrition.com (“Merchant”, “we”, “us”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid website, blog, social media profile(s), or email list
Comply with all applicable laws regarding online marketing
Provide accurate contact and payment information
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
3. Enrollment & Approval
Affiliates must complete the affiliate application form.
We review applications and notify you of acceptance or rejection.
Approval may depend on site quality, relevance, and compliance with our brand values.
Participation begins once you receive confirmation of acceptance.
4. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate ID and tracking links.
You must use these tracking links in all promotions.
Only valid sales tracked through our affiliate system will be eligible for commissions.
We are not responsible for sales lost due to improper link placement or use of expired/incorrect links.
5. Commissions
Standard Commission:
You earn [X] % commission on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link.
A qualifying purchase is any customer order tracked and recorded by our system, excluding returns and fraudulent orders.
Commission Payment:
Commissions are paid monthly via [PayPal / Bank Transfer / Other].
Minimum payout threshold: $[amount].
If your balance is below the threshold at month end, it will roll over to the next month.
6. Cookie Duration
Our affiliate cookie lasts [30/60/90] days from the first click.
If a customer returns later within this period and completes a purchase, the sale credit returns to the original Affiliate.
7. Prohibited Practices
You agree not to:
Bid on trademarked keywords such as “GreensNutrition”, “Greens Nutrition”, or branded product names in paid search
Use link shorteners to hide affiliate URLs
Promote on coupon/deal sites without prior approval
Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising
Promote on adult or other restricted content platforms
Violations may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
8. Returns & Adjustments
Commissions are calculated based on net sales (after returns, refunds, or chargebacks).
If a sale is refunded or canceled, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your next payout.
9. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved banners, logos, and text links.
All intellectual property rights remain with GreensNutrition.com.
You must not modify or alter any Merchant branding or marketing materials.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
You lose access to affiliate tracking links and promotional materials.
Outstanding commissions may be paid subject to pending order status and return periods.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages arising out of this Program, even if advised of such possibilities.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted and communicated to affiliates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of [State/Country] without regard to conflict of law principles.
