Our rules
You will understand that our affiliate programme operates under clear rules so that good affiliates with good performance can earn money together with buerostuhl24/hjh and, on the other hand, affiliates with dubious or fraudulent business models are weeded out. If you belong to the first category, these rules are entirely in your interest.
Affiliates who do not adhere to these rules may be removed from the affiliate programme immediately and lose all commission claims, including retroactively. Please also read our affiliate terms and conditions before registering for our programme. The rules:
We do not work with voucher or coupon websites as a matter of principle, except exclusively with very few, very rarely and only in exceptional cases. Advertising vouchers is generally prohibited, unless they have been approved for advertising in the promotion tool and are exclusively assigned to the affiliate. If you use coupons that have not been assigned to you, you will be removed without warning.
We do not work with cashback systems as a rule, except exclusively with very few that serve closed user groups, e.g. on employers' intranets.
We do not work with loyalty systems as a rule, except with very few, only rarely and in exceptional cases.
We advise voucher and bargain partners as well as cashback partners to familiarise themselves with our affiliate terms and conditions, review the individual contract agreements and contact us via the contact form if they have any further questions.
Traditional shopping databases and price comparison sites: please do not register with our affiliate programme, but contact us directly. We are happy to work with you, but directly via pay per click. This way, you won't steal cookies from affiliates. We want those affiliates who work at the forefront of the customer journey to be paid for their services.
SEA: anyone who uses our product names in paid search engine marketing, whether as search terms or in advertisements, without our express authorisation will be warned and, in the event of a repeat offence, will be excluded. Direct links to our pages from SEA, including multi-level links, are also prohibited. Of course, you are allowed to advertise your own pages using generic search terms. However, if in doubt, exclude our brand names as ‘negative’ search terms in your SEA accounts. That way, we won't get into a dispute in the first place.
Brand bidding: If you use our brand name in SEA, regardless of the platform, whether as a search term or in advertisements, you will be removed without warning. We monitor the use of our brand name worldwide in all search engines across all device types and at all times. Don't even try it.
Dedicated website(s): Only registered websites may participate. URLs/web pages added after confirmation of the partnership must be notified in writing and approved before an application can be integrated by us.
Tracking links: For your registered websites, we provide you with tracking links on the platform that you can use to link to our website. Please do not use any links that have not been provided by us. These tracking links also make it easier for us to identify errors together with you and ensure that you may still receive a commission in such cases.
The classification of your affiliate business model in the affiliate categories at Awin or other affiliate networks is important to us; participation in our affiliate programme is only possible with the categorisation specified during registration; please do not provide false information here, otherwise we may have to exclude you from our affiliate programme.
We recommend that you update the product data at least once a day in order to best capture changes in price, delivery and stock. We provide updated data twice a day at around midnight and noon via our networks.

General terms and conditions of participation in the buerostuhl24/hjh affiliate programme
General terms and conditions of participation of HJH Office GmbH, Christoph-Selhamer-Straße 2, 82362 Weilheim (hereinafter referred to as ‘Buerostuhl24/hjh’) for participation in the Buerostuhl24/hjh affiliate programme (the buerostuhl24/hjh affiliate programme) – below is an excerpt from the legal situation
§ 4 Rights of use
(1) You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the Buerostuhl24/hjh website via agreed links. Exclusively in connection with such links, you also have the right to use the Buerostuhl24/hjh logo and other materials provided for the purpose of advertising the Buerostuhl24/hjh website. This right applies only for the purpose of creating links between your website and the Buerostuhl24/hjh website that enable your users to purchase Buerostuhl24/hjh products. You may not revise or modify the licensed materials in any way. Any violation of the above agreements entitles Buerostuhl24/hjh to terminate the contract without notice.
(2) The rights under § 4(1) shall expire upon the effective date of termination of this agreement, and you agree to immediately and completely remove the links used on your website.
§ 8 Warranty and liability
(1) The Buerostuhl24/hjh website is operated within the scope of Buerostuhl24/hjh's technical capabilities. Buerostuhl24/hjh makes no representations or warranties with regard to the Buerostuhl24/hjh affiliate programme, Buerostuhl24/hjh products and the error-free and uninterrupted usability and availability of the Buerostuhl24/hjh website.
(2) In the event of intent and gross negligence, including on the part of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of Buerostuhl24/hjh, Buerostuhl24/hjh shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. The statutory provisions shall also apply in the event of culpably caused damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health, damage caused by the absence of a guaranteed characteristic, and in the event of fraudulently concealed defects. In the event of property damage or financial loss caused by slight negligence on the part of Buerostuhl24/hjh, the legal representatives or vicarious agents of Buerostuhl24/hjh, Buerostuhl24/hjh shall only be liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, but the amount of liability shall be limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and typical for the contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. Otherwise, the liability of Buerostuhl24/hjh is excluded.
§ 9 Miscellaneous
(1) German law applies to this agreement. If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, Hamburg is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction. Buerostuhl24/hjh reserves the right to bring legal action at your place of jurisdiction. This agreement is not transferable without our written consent; Buerostuhl24/hjh is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under this contract to companies in which Buerostuhl24/hjh or one of its shareholders has a direct or indirect interest, or to assign rights under this contract to them.
(2) Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become wholly or partially legally invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the agreement. The same applies in the event that the agreement contains a loophole. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provisions or to fill the gap, an appropriate provision shall apply which, as far as legally possible, comes closest to what the partners would have wanted if they had considered this point when concluding the agreement.
(3) The contract shall come into effect upon acceptance of your application for admission to the Buerostuhl24/hjh affiliate programme by Buerostuhl24/hjh and may be terminated by either party in writing with 7 days' notice. The right to terminate without notice remains unaffected.
(4) Any terms and conditions of the partner website shall not form part of the contract.
