You will not engage in unfair advertising; in particular, it is not permitted to mention non-existent, expired or unauthorised offers, promotions and vouchers from Buerostuhl24/hjh. This also means that the meta text of your website may not contain any Buerostuhl24/hjh offers that are non-existent, expired or not approved.
You shall not distribute any other advertising materials directly or indirectly that refer to Buerostuhl24/hjh without submitting this material to the online marketing department of Buerostuhl24/hjh and obtaining written consent. The aforementioned approval must be obtained in particular if you wish to advertise your own website on a third-party website or in other media using the above-mentioned materials or by referring to Buerostuhl24/hjh. The words ‘Buerostuhl24’ or ‘hjh’ or typos of these words may only be used with the written permission of the Online Marketing department of Buerostuhl24/hjh and on condition that you are not promoting the Buerostuhl24/hjh website, but your own website. Direct, including multi-level direct, redirects to the Buerostuhl24/hjh website are not permitted. If permission has been granted by the Online Marketing department of Buerostuhl24/hjh, the words ‘Buerostuhl24’ and ‘hjh’ may only be used in the ad text, but not in the ad headline. You may only use the address (URL) that you provided during registration as the visible URL in the advertisement. In the event of a change of domain, see § 5 (3). If you do not have explicit permission to use the words ‘Buerostuhl24’ or ‘hjh’, you are obliged to prevent the delivery of search engine advertising or sponsored links, e.g. by registering them as negative with the provider.
