Simple&Opulence Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Simple&Opulence Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Structure
Commission is paid on net sales value, excluding tax, shipping, returns, cancellations, and additional fees.
Content, influencer, and high-value partners may receive 10%+ commission (performance-based increases available).
Coupon, cashback, and loyalty partners receive base commission starting from 5%.
Commission rates may be adjusted based on promotional method, traffic quality, and overall performance.
2. Payment & Validation
Commissions are approved after the return period has passed.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or violate program policies will be declined.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Trademark bidding, brand term PPC, and direct linking to paid search ads are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted.
Affiliates may not use unauthorized discount codes or promote expired offers.
Misleading promotions, false claims, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or spam activity are strictly prohibited.
4. Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates must represent the Simple&Opulence brand accurately and professionally.
Brand assets, logos, and creatives may only be used for approved promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to request removal of any content that does not align with brand standards.
5. Program Rights
Simple&Opulence reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or terminate partnerships at any time for violations or low-quality traffic.
6. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and FTC disclosure requirements when promoting our products.
We welcome quality content creators, publishers, and partners who align with our premium brand positioning and look forward to building long-term, performance-driven partnerships.
